Technical Youth has long–term relationships with hundreds of colleges, universities and technical schools across the nation. We have worked to understand each schools' teaching structure, programs, and offered courses so as to pinpoint what professional environments will work best for current and graduating students.
Technical Youth addresses the full range of desktop/LAN and application development– related services that scale to our customers' most urgent needs. There is a greater awareness and need for skilled employees in today's job market. The combination of education, technology, and work experience has created talented students and recent grads that can satisfy this demand. We specialize in working with college students and recent graduates to ensure internship credits and co-operative requirements are satisfied.
Further, we have established relationships with career placement centers and college professors. Throughout many years of recruiting entry–level IT talent, we have created strong and lasting relationships with college and university career placement centers and many strong relationships have been established with IT, engineering, and mathematics professors.

More than any other level, entry–level employees need someone to "lean on" – someone to discuss professional difficulties or frustrations and someone from which to gain professional advice. The Technical Youth recruitment team works diligently to build rapport with the entry–level contractors such that we can learn of any issues early and determine a fix prior to it escalating.
