Sales Account Executive

Our Sales Account Executives are responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with hiring managers at potential and current clients. Compensation includes a competitive base salary and commission with high earning potential, Smartphone allowance, car allowance, mileage reimbursements, performance bonuses, health benefits, reward trip eligibility, flexible client expense allowance for entertainment, 401(k), and more. *A technology degree or experience is not necessary to be successful as a Sales Account Executive or Recruiter here at Brooksource.

A day in the life of a Sales Account Executive could include:
  • Using creativity and resourcefulness to prospect/generate new leads and business opportunities, utilizing state of the art tools provided by Brooksource.
  • Performing cold and warm calls to set new client facing meetings, in order to uncover new business opportunities and negotiate contract terms.
  • Strengthening the relationships with hiring managers, to build upon a trusted partnership, in order to assist in their technology staffing needs (i.e. continually entertaining your clients to help establish excellent client relationships and network with other executives, engage in their environment and be a part of their staffing development plan).
  • Teaming up with Recruiters to manage and fulfill your client’s hiring needs within your designated geographically-based territory.

Recruiter

Our Recruiters are responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with the nation’s top IT talent that will aid our clients in technical contract-based projects or full-time opportunities. Compensation includes a competitive base salary and commission with high earning potential, performance bonuses, reward trip eligibility, health benefits, 401(k), and more. *A technology degree or experience is not necessary to be successful as a Recruiter or Sales Account Executive here at Brooksource.

A day in the life of a Recruiter could include:
  • Using creative search avenues along with numerous recruiting tools, provided by Brooksource, to identify niche skilled candidates from various technical backgrounds across the country for technical upgrades, implementations and maintenance projects fora wide range of industries (i.e.healthcare, finance, retail, telecom, government, insurance and many more).
  • Performing our due diligence to our clients to provide a full recruiting service; including, conducting thorough in-person interviews, reference/background checks and scheduling technical screens to ensure each candidate meets our professional expectations. Once the talent is identified,our recruiters add the Brooksource personal touch, by coaching the candidate through the on-site client interview process and facilitate a candidate/client introduction.
  • Maintaining a relationship with candidates who become contractors working on-site at our clients. Brooksourcians uphold these relationships by consistently taking them out to lunch, hand delivering each contractor’s pay check weekly to the client site and touching base throughout the duration of their project.
  • Attending networking events to continuously enhance your professional relationships within the IT industry
